Job description:
• Build a world-class in-house team including developers, designers, and QA
• Build working prototypes of proposed products, evaluate different hypothesis and study user needs through A/B testing
• Choose the best product concepts
• Work with external design, development and other teams
• Build a working product with a goal to achieve fast organic growth of the user base
• Develop a brand name for the product
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience building scratch online products from scratch with a large number of users
• Experience in hiring and managing in-house and external developers, designers and QA
• Hands-on experience in analyzing google and facebook statistics
• Experience in designing online interfaces and A/B testing
• Experience in online product research and in conducting surveys
• Contacts with world-class designers and website developers
• Experience working on crypto projects is desired
• Knowledge and interest of the crypto world
